NAMM 2010 is under way, and apart from many, many cool music toys, instruments and equipment, that is the place to meet some of the best and most experienced industry people when it comes to music production.
I’ve just heard this mini-interview @ MusicRadar with Terry Howard, multi-Grammy-winning sound engineer. It is so refreshing to hear a plain, common sense on what make a great song recording.
Despite of being a short conversation, Terry is offering a plenty of advice. My favourite would be:
